Returns the account's dashboard IP allowlist. Each entry is pending (submitted, awaiting OneLiquidity approval) or approved (active).

The allowlist drives two controls: at least one approved IP is required before API tokens can be generated, and dashboard withdrawals requested from an IP outside the approved list are held for admin review instead of dispatching.
