Requires the BROKER policy for invited users. CANCEL applies to your own PendingOTC order after the existing seven-minute age check measured from creation. It does not cancel arbitrary RFQ trades or orders already being filled.

FILL requires orderId and creatorIntegratorPk for another account’s PendingOTC offer. Balance/credit and order-state checks apply. Use identifiers supplied for that offer; your own quote list does not discover other accounts’ offers.

Both successful responses acknowledge a queued action. They do not prove cancellation, release of funds or a completed fill.
