Returns a saved RFQ or OTC record belonging to your account. It does not recalculate a quote or return an executable-validity check. The response has no expiresAt or expiresIn. Status is returned as stored, so an OTC status can differ from the normalized label in the list response. An Opened record may already be too old to execute. Records removed by cleanup return not found.
