On server-three OTC, create defaults to true and supported create:false previews do not return quoteID. Merchant always requests quote creation; smart routing can select Merchant, so do not rely on smart create:false as a universal preview.

Displayed OTC lifetime on server-three is seven minutes. RFQ formatters commonly display five seconds, while acceptance checks differ by server/provider. The exact RFQ validity policy is under review; a displayed deadline or Opened status is not a guarantee that execution will succeed. Server availability, pair support, balance and credit checks still apply.
