These are different rate sources and orientations: crypto rates are USDT per unit of crypto; the NGN value is the provider dollar-buy rate, not the reciprocal USD valuation returned by local-rates. No quote ID is returned and these rates cannot be executed. Values are passed through from the rate providers; do not assume every rate is a JSON number.
