List collection banks

Returns banks currently available for virtual-account creation in the selected country, account type, and service. Collection-bank discovery currently returns configured banks for NG; other accepted country codes return an empty list.

The result can vary by customer and over time. Use a returned four-character code in a virtual-account request made for the same account type and service; do not keep a fixed bank list.

serviceName defaults to FCAT. TRADING is supported for STATIC account discovery only.
