Wallet Withdrawals
Funds can be withdrawn from crypto wallets provided there is sufficient balance in the wallet at the time of the transaction to cover the withdrawal amount. A withdrawal can be requested using the API route here. The main wallet balance will reflect the decrease of funds after a successful transaction. All wallets created in the sandbox environment cannot be withdrawn from, rather, a mock withdrawal process will be carried out to simulate what production withdrawals will look like.

Withdrawal Webhooks
When coins have been withdrawn successfully, we will send you a webhook to confirm deduction of the funds. From the webhook, you can gather information such as the amount withdrawn, where the funds originated from, the address the funds were sent to, the transaction hash etc.
Transactions & Balances
Withdrawals from both your main and sub wallet addresses will be recorded against your main wallet. You can use data from our webhooks to maintain granular records for your sub wallets.
The exact structure of the webhook can be reviewed in the webhook events section here.
Withdrawal Refunds
We will refund full withdrawal amounts should withdrawal transactions fail. We will send you a webhook notification when this happens. The full structure of the webhook can be seen here.
